~~ Classic Father's Day ~~

Hi Y'all !!! I hope you all are having a great week.....the weekend is almost here!!! I'm going to try a trip to the lake this weekend...YIPPPPEEE !!! I have so missed going. Anyway, here is a lil card I made for my Step Dad. All the children call him Granddaddy and now we all refer to him with that name, that's why I put Granddaddy on the sentiment. I used Heritage for all the cuts and had to make it a 5 x 7 in order to get all the layering like I wanted it.Plus I wanted the classic vehicles to be large enough to see well, with old eyes.Thats about it for this card......just a simple card!! Have a great weekend and thanks so much for stopping by !!!

What a great card! I have been struggling in my mind for weeks trying to make a nice Father's Day card for my husband. He loves old, classic cars, and I have this cart, so I might just have to 'borrow' this! I hope you have a wonderful weekend with beautiful weather at the lake!

My Daddy, who is a car enthusiast, would love this card. No wonder....it's fantastic!!

Welcome to My World

This sight is dedicated to the art of card making....of which I am addicted ! I began making cards a few months before Dan was deployed to Iraq.I wanted to make sure he had a new card to open every day, so I used BlueMountian.Co and created him 2 months worth of cards !About a year ago I saw that famous infomercial for a little bug called a Cricut.Well, after watching it numerous times, I HAD to have it...and I ordered it!!!Then I found the Cricut Message Board and I hit pay dirt!!! I was, and still am so inspired by some of the talented women on that board!I have to give them credit for making me the card maker that I am today!!!
Thank you ladies, from the bottom of my heart!
I hope you enjoy looking at my cards, as much as I enjoy making them!!!
