Hi Y'all! I was digging through some paper I had and ran across some that I thought would make perfect fireworks for a congratulations card. I used Stand and Salute for the fireworks. Lots of layers and I used gel pens to make them a lil glossy, then sprayed them with Glimmer Mist. I used the Martha Stewart Punch All Over The Page punch for the star background. I glossed them up with a gel pen too. Added a few punched borders , a star that I recolored with the same yellow gel pen, that I used on the stars and beautiful Crinkle Ribbon that you can find at http://craftspotbykimberly.blogspot.com Topped it off with some Memory Thread and made the lil congratulations tag on the computer.
