Good morning y'all.....It's time once again for a challenge over at My Craft Spot! This week the challenge is Cute Critters ! The 1st time I saw the darling Sweet Sentiments Stamp Set, over at http://craftspotbykimberly.blogspot.com/ , I knew I wanted to make this puppy and use the sentiment from the collection. Thanks Darlene for letting me use the Paper Pups cart to cut this lil fellow out with! I used Bloom for the background scallop and circle, A Child's Year was used for the bone and Country Life was used for the hat. I added some beautiful Crinkle Ribbon and Bakers Twine, also found on Kimberly's blog. I used Core'dinations paper for the pup and ran only her ears through the Cuttlebug, using the Swiss Dots folder ( an all time favorite !) I used it on the bone as well and used a Sizzix folder for the BG circle. The puppy paws punch is by EKSuccess. Added a few punched butterflies, did lots of inking and popping and added a little hand doodlin. His teeth were made all sparkly by using Star Dust Stickles. I used a black gel pen for his nose and used a white gel pen for the dots on her cheek,which I dusted with pink chalk. Gave her some googly eyes and smiled right back at her !!
